Update on my van...

Well this is turning out to be quite the exercise! Thanks to this forum I was prepared as to what to expect putting in another rad support, I told my buddy that there is a good possibility the front end may have sagged after we took out the old one.. he said " naw, a couple of days won't hurt it"

Turns out I was right... I guess with the previous rad support being in such rotten condition, it had already sagged a bit anyway.

My welder got the passenger side propped up, today the other side is going to be propped up and it's almost ready to get the new piece put in.

Oh ya I ground off the rust off the donor bumper bars, and spray painted them with black anti-rust paint. Found another small hole in the rear passenger side rocker panel so I patched that up.
